Conservatory Guarantees
All conservatory Materials & Workmanship are comprehensively
guaranteed.
Additionally, the workmanship and materials on all of our conservatories
are covered by an Indemnity Insurance provided by The National Insurance
& Guarantee Corporation PLC, a UK based insurer meeting all the
requirements of the DTI* and FENSA* working within the guidelines
of the FSA*.

Transfer
All conservatory guarantees are transferable to new owners without
charge.
Conservatory Service
1st for Conservatories maintain mobile Service Engineers throughout
the installation area.
Service requests for conservatories are accepted and booked by telephone
and are free of charge during the guarantee period.
Conservatory Service Calls are booked on a geographical "service
run" basis on a weekly rotation. This means that under normal conditions,
for non-urgent minor problems, you can expect to be offered an AM
or PM weekday appointment within 2 weeks.
In the event of a major problem, such as the conservatory becoming
a security risk, we will genuinely make every effort to attend within
24 hours.
If we are unable to offer a reasonable response time then, subject
to the terms of the guarantee, the Customer shall be entitled to
instruct another contractor to carry out emergency repairs to the
conservatory and 1st for Conservatories will refund to the Customer
the reasonable costs thereof.
